Dan Hebert is the founder of and a Principal at ControlsPR. He spent 20 years working for end user, systems integration, and engineering companies in various operational and managerial roles—and then transitioned to an editorial position with Control and Control Design magazines for 10 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California for Control Systems and in Louisiana for Electrical Engineering. Dan holds a U.S. Patent for an advanced process control software application, along with a BSEE degree from the University of Louisiana, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
